In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings defined below:

• Keep your contact information (email, phone number) accurate and up to date.

Deposit: Funds deposited via approved payment methods will be credited to your account balance promptly. rr123 does not charge deposit fees for the main available payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply depending on the selected method.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account menu. The following conditions apply:

• The account must have completed the KYC verification process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same Member's name.
• Rr123 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify ownership of a payment method.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–60 minutes for verified accounts under normal conditions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rr123 platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other unauthorized tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in activities that may constitute money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false information or falsified KYC documents.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the rr123 platform.
• Using another person's account without authorization or gaining access to another person's account.

Rr123 reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account at any time at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Closure requests submitted by the Member through support services.
• Decisions made in compliance with regulations or at the request of relevant authorities.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be held during the investigation. The net balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned once the investigation concludes, provided no serious violations are found.

For material or significant changes, rr123 will notify Members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after an update to the Terms and Conditions has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.
